Just a few more sentences and internet reference for verification please.The purpose of the literature review is to provide an understanding of what is known about the topic and where this piece of work fits in with your research. It also serves to explain the need for additional research. Hopefully, this critical analysis can form the basis for my choice of data collection procedures. There will probably be a lack of consistency in reported results across the studies you have chosen to review and undertake research to explore the basis of the inconsistency. It is my desire to improve or change the role of human resources. Therefore, my literature review will be on the problems that people encounter in the workplace. The literature that will be reviewed will hopefully help to resolve some of these problems for HR.
